What is all involved in this 10 week challenge? Wanting to be held accountable in the new year. Was doing great for a year but the last month or so has been rough:-(

I can't say I am the best one to answer your question...but here goes. I do the shred 6 days a week (mon-sat) with cardio each day. Sunday is my rest day. Not sure if that is the best way to go about it but that is what I do. Hope this helps:-)

Wow! You look amazing:-) Are these the videos that you stuck to for working out for your weight loss or for maintenance? Are they 1/2 hr workouts or longer? Sorry for the questions but I am always looking for different videos that show results if the user is dedicated. Well done! And to think you managed to become healthy…

Great in sandwiches or wraps. Or if you want something even simpler than that just eat avocado with crackers (hopefully the healthier cracker versions available:-) ) :smile: f:smile:

I am trying to convince myself to learn how to run...so the timing is perfect! I always speed walk but can't seem to make myself run:-( I have decided to try and go jogging 3x/week. I haven't started yet so I am definitely starting from square one! You can add me as your friend and we can encourage one another:-) Good luck!

We have cruised with Carnival and with Royal Caribbean, totally preferred Royal over Carnival. Have a blast! :smile:
