I have never felt "manly" due to my height but awkward??oh yea..... Keep your mind and hands busy...got a hobby you're into? I paint and play guitar (badly lol but it works..) Also, staying full on healthier options..the smaller meals several times a day could be an option.., but most importantly..if or when you give into a binge..forgive yourself and start clean the next day! best wishes!

Agree with maybe 80% but not, for example, about soy.....I have soymilk daily and I am losing weight and it helps my tummy issues. I think its good for some people.

I love to do lots of stretches, yoga, and light excersises..but I have rough cramps too and excersising a lot makes my flow get heavier so I don't push it.....I just make sure to stay under calories..I wouldn't feel guilty..I think we are meant to rest a bit more during TOM.

unfortunately, I don't know what this means health or fitness wise but I always go a little over in protein, and have still lost weight...I have seen others on here say that MFP protein level is a tab low. I've been curious about this also so look forward to some more informed replies! =)

Almost 5"11..my current weight is 182..goal weight is about 150 but honestly the number isnt my concern, I just want to be healthy, and sexy!!!!!!! When I like what I see and how I feel I will be content! But I plan to aware of my nutrition the rest of my life.
