What is more accurate ; the calories burned on the Machine or the Calores MFP says you burn in a workout ? They are both differant ! What kind of Leg Workout are you doing to get that ? I am working out 4 days a week running 5k each time, but I really had to work up to it, So I am working on losing weight and building muscle, plus doing squats, calf raises, and seated leg extension .....any tips on more leg stuff ?

I always watch TV at the Gym and it helps me to keep going ! When I get tired I tell myself to just make it to commercial and by then I am usually over wanting to quit and just keep going ! Or like you, get lost in the program and finish no problem .........

The Tools Section says for 175 Lbs and 5 Foot 7 , I am at 1536 for my BMR, So is that what I should be eating every day before my Workouts or less than that ?

I haven't been eating my Calories Back but I also have not been losing any weight ! Although I am losing inches , I am wondering if running on 1300 Calories a Day and not Eating my Calories back has my body not running at my Full Potential and that's why I am not losing weight ?

Use a regular cake mix from the box but replace the oil with applesauce, comes out super moist and you can't taste the difference at all .

I agree with alot of the posts , I have been doing the same kinda things and only lost 1 lb in Two Weeks but I have lost 7 inches and that makes a Big Differance , I know the weight will fall off soon enough ......Keep at it and yours will too :)
