I have a "baby belly " from having my children and although I do still carry it in my stomach I was able to reduce it by eating healthy and doing a lot of core exercises , example :planks, mountain climber, boshu balls workouts, ways to engage your core and work your whole body are great ! Good Luck

I was going to say that too ! Eat more "power foods " and you will feel fuller and have more calories ! If you are low for a day too , use some of your workout points so that you are at 1200 , thats what they are there for ! I have had success with 27 points and they work out to around 1200 and I use LOTS of power foods :)…

Wondering if I should try this , I have been eating about 1400 calories a day for the past 2 years and when I started working out added with my Calorie Counting , Nothing happened ! I have been doing the body by Visalus Shakes, its a protein powder that you mix with Milk, Water or Almond/Soy Milk and add your fruit or whatever you like , blend and go . They are tasty . Message me if you would like for info ;)

I had the same thing for about 3 Months, The Scale did not move and I was exercising 5 days a week . MInd you I have lost 3 inches in my Waist and Hips and 2 in Chest the scale had not moved. I Originally had to set to 2lbs, then lowered it to 1 lbs a couple of weeks ago , and I am trying to eat Back my Calories even if I have to drink them but its hard somedays

I know its hard, I have been drinking my Protein Shake not a Meal but before my Workout because with the Milk and Fruit is about 280 Calories and that seems to get me closer to my Calorie Goal

Yes, I am drinking my Water all Day , I am Eating - Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Protein Shake - Gym , Diner, Snack all equalling between 1200-1400 ish calories, my MFP is set at 1560 but I just can`t get that much some days

I was going to say try a Heavier back and move back a bit in the box , this should help you adjust to a new swing with more time and a heavier bat . Its always about timing, so more mucsle should help hit it farther just work on timing........worth a try if its just practice :)
