I didn't take a break between any phase, nor when I started over. I feel OK. Will say that the last month of the program I felt very weak! Maybe I should have.

Look up be your own gym.....could be helpful. I do deadlifts, squats, bowler lunges.....see if you can get Chalene Extreme with free weights from 10-30....bet that would be all you may need.

I tried it for a couple weeks. Decided to do the whole CLE program first, and then I will go back to the Janelle Hybrid. I get up at 4:30--but need to be at work by 7 so I only have so much time to work out at that hour!

I am up at 4:30 AM. I workout at home, I either do Turbo Fire or Chalene Extreme. If I don't do it first thing in the morning, I tend to find a bunch of excuses.........

I appreciate your concern. I have a hard time fiitting in 6 days myself! I agree that one the days it is a short HIIT add in one of the strength or tone DVD's. I believe you will see great results no matter what! To go from no exercise to TF 5 days a week--impossible you won't do well.

Going from $25--to a pair of Lucky Brand (which I LOVE) may be a shock! Go to lots of places and try a bunch of different styles on, jeans shopping is hard no matter what size you are!!! I like the ones at Banana Republic too.

I make a white wine spritzer. put a couple ice cubes in a wine glass, fill half way with your favorite white wine and add club soda and a lime. I love it!

I am going with the Hybrid. I think CLX will be awesome, but the hybrid even better. I need both the cardio and strength. Besides, TF is just plain FUN, don't want to miss out!
