Egg Muffin question
Hello, new to Paleo and starting off slow. I did try to make the egg muffins and they are very yummy! Mine fell in the middle and stuck to the pan horribly. Any ideas? Should I just use butter to grease the pans? I appreciate any insight you can give me. Thanks!

1 week--no pounds lost
Worked hard this week, A bit disappointed not to have lost anything, but feel great and feel my body shifted during the week.
