I log the weekend food...generally I have more time for exercise on the weekends so I don't usually go over even if I splurge :)
-
I often go over my fats due to avocado and nuts so I just ignore that , if I went over daily from junk food or full fat dairy then I would try to change my habits but for good fats I don't mind :)

This is so my dh too....I totally get how you feel. Las t week after dinner my dh ate a pb&j sandwhich, then some little Debbie snacks and finished off with a huge bowl of ice cream....so disgusting and he doesn't care at all what he looks like....oh and I have told him, both nicely and not so nicely but he just doesn't…

You look amazing....good luck with the rest of your weight loss journey.
-
good luck, the fact that you are able to recognise where you went wrong last time will be helpful to you now since you are aware of what to avoid.

i like seeing the possibilities and it kinda motivates me to push along but i dont really expect the numbers to be spot on. when i first started i was seeing only numbers in the 150's, then the 140's and now i get predications that are sometimes in the 130's....that just shows me that i can get there maybe just not as fast…

You have done an amazing thing here, turning your life around and from now on out things can only get even better for you. Well done to you and your family, travelling this journey together will only strenghten the bond between you all......all the best on your continued journey of living life to the fullest :)

the after pics do look like you are more toned...if you were building muscle that would account for the increase in weight, especially since you didnt lose inches so it takes more muscle to fill the spot vacated by fluff :)

you can do flavored water w/out buying bottled water.....i have a 24 oz reusable that i put tap water in and then add the flavor, i can make 240 fl oz for $2....not bad in my opinion>
-
as long as you are getting your fluid intake it doesnt matter if its flavored or not, they have crystal light packs that have real sugar (so a few cals) and also ones that have stevia, as well as the mio as a PP mentioned. i dont care for plain water and if adding a lil something helps me get to my req intake then thats…

i am unable to excercise this past week due to illness, knowing that i was trying to be super careful with my eating and i was shocked to actually lose....now i am on steroids and i am scared its all going to fall apart and i will gain. i think as long as you can maintain w/out a huge gain then once you are able to…

well done on reaching your goal...i would imagine that joining a gym will help you to get the body that you will be happy with :)
-
running burns more and you can cover more distance in the same time as you could by walking.
-

-
fantastic....keep up the good work :)

for me it took about 3 weeks before i saw a loss that stuck, i skipped up and down those first week as my body adjusted to more water, better eating and new excercise. some weeks i still skip up and down with one or two pounds and then i will have a couple of weeks of continious losing. i def saw a loss in inches before…
-
i didnt see the scale move until the end of week three...once i had worked out all details of my diet and then added more excercise than just my treadmill then i felt like i started a steady , slow pace of weightloss.
-
well done, i am closing in the 10lb mark myself with 7lb left after that.
-

a friend of mine ran the rock & roll marathon at 6 mth pg....as long as you are in shape its possible to keep it up. WTG OP ! , you look awesome and congrats on your new baby :)
-

-
you look fab...you shaved 10+ yrs of your face from the before to the after. keep it up :)
-
then buy the small one serving size or get the skinny cow or weightwatcher ice cream sandwiches or bars. you just have to switch out some products for better choices :)
-
propel zero and mustard :)
-
you will be better to go to a small independant sports shop to get fitted for shoes rather than an national chain in the mall.
-
if you dont have time to do both then rotate....2 days dvd and 1 day eliptical.
-
for me i dont put my excercise as part of my lifestyle, if i did that then i would have a higher calorie allowance each day and i wouldnt add the excercise as addt since its already added in. dont count solely on machines for accuracy either, depending on what type of machine you are using (stepper, treadmill eliptical)…
