I drink a meal replacement for evenings dinner time. Because i usually get home around by 7pm so i am too tired to make any dinner, and i like to be in bed by 8.30pm. I think it is fine, my meal replacement shake is 245 calories which is a few calories below a normal meal. I don't go for the ones under 200 calories though.…

Thank you :). The problem i am having is it says 1200 calories and reading through alot of other posts on here, they say this is not sustainable and maintainable calorie intake.

i injured my back in crossfit and it is super expensive and all the extra gear is expensive, the special shoes and gloves. I would only suggest to do it if you are wanting to get serious about it as an actual sport. Some people it is great but it is not for me, that is my personal opinion.
