Sorry should have said everytime I eat and it goes over my calories as just so used to numbers! I don't have an eating disorder I eat plenty every day. Regular meals always. I eat more than people around me.

I'm upping my amount to 1800 cals and on exercise days I will try to eat back calories. BUT Using my heart rate monitor my Monday night classes typically burn 600 calories, surely eating all these back wouldn't be a good idea? As that would be 2400 cals for the day? My TDEE is correct as I put my correct activity level in for that. I put myself on MFP as sedentary as I read if you put yourself at the correct level then you shouldn't eat exercise calories as these are already included in the daily amount and if you are going to include them and eat them then put yourself at sedentary?…

Thanks :) Yeah I seem to fest calories- not gd! I eat about 1700 ish a day but that's before taking exercise away . I put sedentary as I read on here that u should only put in the exercise u do if u set it at that as all other activity levels include exercise cals for what u say u do?
