most vegetables have little to no calories. When I'm in snack mode, I have 3 servings of carrots, which is only 15 calories. But if you're constantly hungry, you may want to actually consider upping your protein and fiber intake. Both of these keep you fuller for longer and helps me curve my snack mode.

I couldn't tell by looking at myself that I was loosing weight. Then I realized that my boobs were shrinking in direct proportion to my waist. Bummer. There's not much there to shrink :-(

Squats and steps!!! I swear I was in the same boat as you!!! I started doing my squats and then added in steps, and just yesterday my friends said that I'm gaining my butt back!!! Plus, the steps are a great workout! I love it! :-D

Ok seriously.... More words on WHY would be helpful.... I have noticed that when I don't do that, I maintain and not loose weight. Also, even within my goals MFP says i should be -490 calories a day. How is that inaccurate and scary??? You have to burn more calories than you take in to loose weight. I eat 1200 calories a day, and I burn 1400-1500... Perfectly healthy...

The meal plans are a great suggestion, I'd definitely do it!! Give yourself 1 cheat day a week, if needed, do 2, and then try and work it down. I'm not that much into pop/ hip hop although there are a few great songs in that genre that I love... However, for me personally, I love the irish/ punk like DropKick Murphys for aerobics, and stuff like boxing and weight lifting I love All that Remains and Hatebreed ( metal).

I plateaued after my first 10 lbs lost... I think i'm getting out of it as we speak. I never eat my calories back that I lost through exercise for that day, I just make sure I eat between 1200-1300 calories a day. Boxing, or just walking around. Walking will help stretch out your knee and hopefully heal it quicker, but if its too painful, do some boxing. I'm 5 ft 6 inches. My goal is anywhere between 130 and 150 lbs. I used to be about 120 ( ten years ago) and that is definitely too tiny for my height and body structure.
