Yay! Congrats on your weight loss. I'm in the same boat, I am down to 2 pairs of jeans & i refuse to buy a bigger size. I can wait until I can wear some of my old jeans.

I made these tonight, they are OK, the recipe says 1/2 cup of stevia...needs more. Its not bad, tastes like dark chocolate.not sweet enough

Everyone is different of course. I remember when I used to weigh 170 i was a size 8/10. and I think when I was 200 I was a size 12/14?

I had a customer who has a farm & he grew watermelons, so he gave me one. I got excited & took it home & it was yellow inside I FREAKED out & threw it away. Ha I thought it went bad. I have never seen one since, & i didn't realize they were so expensive?

^^^this, also I find that if I'm really hungry & already ate my snack, drink hot green tea, it helps my hunger for a good 2 hours.

I try to do it every Wednesday & Sunday. But sometimes I do it more, but I get mad when I see that I have gained, so I really only count Sundays weight.

If I dont have time in the mornings I also take Lean Cuisines. But usually leftovers from the night before....Chili (made with lots of veggies), Soup, Grilled chicken salad, Grilled chicken & veggies, tuna fish, I have also made oatmeal for lunch. & of course sandwiches.

I just did day 1 of level 2 yesterday, I guess i'm the weak one. lol I only completed 13 mins. It was really tough, and I guess also I wasn't in the mood. It was tough for me, but I'm going to complete it tonight!

I usually log everything in the morning. & if anything changes I will delete it & make the changes on my log, But i pack my lunches everyday for work. So usually its always correct.

I'm the same way. I let mine sit in milk for about 20 minutes so they get soft, then add cinnamon & stevia, or even peanut butter. Cook in Microwave for a minutes or so. They are softer & less chewy.

When me & my husband got our Christmas pictures done, I couldn't believe how round my face was. & also all of my jeans were getting way to tight, & i refused to buy more when I have so many jeans that were smaller sizes.

^^ LOL. I really wanna try it, but I know I would die, I need to lose like 50 lbs before attempting it. I'm sure if you search for P90X, you will come up with a lot of responses.
