PB2 Chocolate is a powdered peanut butter, you add water & its turn into creamy peanut butter. the fat & sugar in it is less then half of regular PB. Try it and you will thank me later!! :wink: BTW you can find it in the organic selection in the grocery store

I have an apple almost everyday also, I eat mine with PB2 chocolate (try it! a lot less calories then regular PB. Luna bars are a good option, but they are a little high in sugar so be careful. Well you can swap Sugar with Stevia. Butter with applesauce (no sugar added) you can grind up oats & used them instead of flour. & use almond milk instead of milk.

Not sure, haven't really looked for a low cal cake yet. But I know you can make angel food cake top it with strawberries & low fat cool whip. Boom like 250 calories.

I love taco salads. Use salsa as dressing. Mine averages around 280-350 calories, depends on toppings. Soup is also a great one. Make a huge pot with chicken, beans tons of veggies.
