I have already heard bad things about eating 2 hours before bed. Not sure if it really matters. lol But I'm guessing not, so I shouldn't be worried then. I think if we were to go to the gym after work We should probably get back home around 10?

I also agree on possibly lowering your calories, I'm 245 & eat 1,450 a day. Also if you do any weight lifting you will gain before you lose. Try to drink more water? Good Luck! :flowerforyou:

I have a cup on my desk that holds 24 oz of water, I try to drink 5 of those or more a day. I also weigh myself every Sunday morning, mostly because my day off is Saturday so I work out like crazy & always keep busy. So to me it feels like my chances of weight loss is better on Sunday.

I do agree, Tazo Zen Tea is amazing. Although you can buy it in the store instead of going to Starbucks, much cheaper. One sweetener and I love it, I had to get used to the taste without sugar. No calories, its not like your wasting your calories if you dislike it.

I just made some Lemon chicken last night. Took 2 breasts, pounded them out. Then sprinkle some salt, tiny bit of Italian seasoning & pepper on both side, add some minced garlic & half of a squeezed lemon. I pan "fried" it in a tiny bit of olive oil. It was really good & easy.

Mine was because all of my jeans were getting too tight, and I refused to buy a bigger size when I have a millions smaller sizes. & I noticed my arm jiggled too much. I rarely wanted to go out of the house, I didn't want people to look at me.

My boss started eating Truvia, and she said that she was getting really bad back pain. Once she stopped eating it she was fine. She asked her doctor & they said muscle aches were a side effects from the sugar. I have never tried it, I eat Stevia & I'm fine.

Nada, my husband & I think its stupid to celebrate love on a specific day. We rather surprise each other on random days. We never do anything special on February 14th, it will be a normal Thursday for us!

OMG i know, my husband showed me this a couple of days ago. After seeing something like that, I told myself have no excuse to not lose weight now!

I'm pretty much the same way, but I try to get a healthier option. Like if I wanted something salty I will try to eat Special K crackers or baked Vegetable chips. Or if I want something sweet I might make muffins with Stevia so there is no sugar & just freeze the rest for whenever I crave it again.

I start level 3 on Saturday, supposed to be tomorrow, but since I skipped yesterdays workout i'm going a day longer on level 2. I need to watch the video & see how hard it is, I heard it was easier then level 1?

My husband & I are both over weight. We have told each other that we need to lose weight. It doesn't bother the other because we know its the truth. I have started eating better & exercising. I'm on day 17. & i honestly don't see a big difference, but today I did realize my waist looks smaller & I am a lot stronger. I have lost 9lbs so far, not complaining here :smile: I will say take measurements & before photos, you will realize your weight loss more if you do this!
