  • as dumb as this sounds you'll figure out if its right for you. give it say a month or so and if your loosing according to the formula then it works for you, if its not doing what you want it to do, try something differnt. bodies react differntly so its just a guideline :)

  • i dont really understand american sizes. but yeah im skinny and i really do struggle to find clothes in the uk. holister size 0 are quite loose on me. so i tend to shop in the kids section. but even 10lbs heavier or 10lbs lighter i still take the same size clothing, its odd. but yeah im just very little in my frame.

  • you'll burn more if you exercise because your body has to work harder to keep going. but when it comes down to it, most of the 'weight'' you'll loose will be water, and chances are if its hot you'll drink more to replace it. a litre of water = 1kg in weight.

  • circuits, depending on how hard you are willing to work. im a PT and base a lot of my training around circuits because you can do sooo much within them, a good circuit will include lifting, but i would say you need to be doing weight training on top to really boost fat loss :) so both really but i like circuits best! :)
  • carbs arent bad. vegtables are carbs. fruit are carbs. its the refined carbs that are bad - chocolate, biscuits, crisps, white breads. people cant do a no carb diet anyway. because all theyd be eating is meat pretty much!!
