thats a stupid thing for them to have said. running wont make you fat, im a personal trainer, and im a serious runner. im far from fat. maybe the trainer thinks your going to make yourself realllly hungry and then go eat a lot of 'trashy bad' foods..... but thats seriously a crazy thing for them to have said.

hmm i have them, but mine fit in my mouth and never hurt when they grew either, so im guessing thats like having none..... because most people are always complaining about the pain they get and have them taken out....

seriously, a pound a weeks good! we loose weight at difffernt rates, so just stick with what you are doing, i expect you didnt gain an extra 30lbs in a month, and loosing is harder for the body to do than it is to gain. just keep at what you are doing. change up your exercises and the routine you do them in every 12 or so…

i dont think tis a huge deal at what time we eat i think its the overall picture. i never eat at night, i tend to eat mainly during the day and dont eat after 6pm, but thats just me, im not normally hungry after 6 probably because im so used to just..... i dont use this site for weight loss, im more for fitness but yeah…

you should do ab work outs if you have fat or not. it will help to strengthen the muscles them selves which can help improve posture etc..... :) a bit of strength training is fine, but remember its about getting the right load and right number of reps and sets which will determain what you work on over all..... like high…

in recovery from anorexia, had a relapse, mum took me to the dr. my BMI was underweight but not too far under as id gained, and the dr goes well she can loose a little bit if she wants too. looking back at photos of me, i looked like id been in a starvation camp, for her to have said that makes me wonder how she has a docs…

i think it works for the high majority of people, i havent got personal experience but from what i see here it tends to work, and i guess its because you give youre body enough fuel and nutrients to repair its self from exercise and the likes. but im guessing it wont work for some people, but in general it looks like it…
