I am 5'4 1/2 and my goal is 130 I'd like to be 125, but I think that's wishing..I liked myself when I was 125 but I'll settle for 130 I'm at 150 right now

welcome to you too. Even the littlest amount seems the hardest ya know? And when your not used to having much fat, just a little can make you feel so blahhhh...Good luck to you also.

yes it is so hard to see myself this way. I ahve a little tummy, but the bad part is my thighs. After 30 it is very hard. Thanks for the motivation though, I appreciate it.

So like I said, I never had to work out and stuff so anyone have any good tips ideas, easy exercises? Anything? I do ride my exercise bike 1 a week and my daughter and I do kinect sports 1 a week. My problem is I really don't a whole lot. What's my problem with losing weight?
