omg 500...i've found it almost impossible to keep it under 1000...i'm a veggie so love quorn stuff, but the whole lot is packed with sodium! may i ask what is involved in a cleanse?

i've gained 7lbs in the last week but still staying in calories etc so i'm praying it's just sodium weight...have watched my sodium intake for the last couple of days and have it down to 1000mg for today

i am doing p90x and they say to have 50% of your calories from protein...that works out at just about 200g a day and besides being a little more 'bunged up' i've had no ill effects so far

my boobs went from a nice 34D(post baby full lovely boobs) to absolutely nothing....i desperately want a boob job when i have my body fat % etc where i want it...and after i finish having babies!

i am having the EXACT same problem....with doing the p90x i need to eat 1650cals...plus any exercise cals back...i have never eaten more than 1500 at the super max and that's been after a 1200cal workout... i actually for the first time today stayed over 1200 NET cals!!! how i did this....protein shakes with p90x you need…

have you considered quorn sandwich meats?? they're low calorie, decent protein and sodium is about 200mg for 2-3 slices...they taste pretty good too

i absolutely refuse to have peanut butter in the house...i know it is great protein and 'good fats' but i will literally sneak to the kitchen again and again to pick at the stuff until it's all gone :blushing:

i have Promax Diet protein bars(20g protein, 204cals) or the biggest loser meal replacement bars(204cals, 18g protein)

i use promax diet and i can't say whether it 'works' or it's all the exercise...but it tastes good and is fab for protein intake(take the shake with 300ml of skimmed milk and it's nearly 50g of protein!)

that is so unrealistic!! my husband is diabetic so has to have carbs at all times of day/night and maintains a healthy weight, and drops weight easily without skipping carbs in the afternoon i also have dropped 50lbs first time round, and now another 41lbs without even looking at my carb intake, let alone stopping them…

i would say so...i dangle my arms at my sides when walking and it records quite accurately, so as long as it's safely in your pocket it should still record accurately

i am having 2 a day...i LOVE Promax, i drink a high protein one in the day(191cals, 30g protein) and a promax diet(215cals, 38g protein) one in the evening after a workout for the first few days it played havoc with my tummy, but a few days in it all settled down...i'd definitely recommend(and promax tastes YUMMY!)

the one food i always seem to crave is chips....not dinky fries but proper big thick chips...i allow myself them every now and then so i don't feel too 'deprived'

have you considered protein shakes?? i use promax diet and it tastes as good as a normal milkshake but is full of protein milk is a fab source of protein...1pint of skimmed milk is about 15-18g of protein i am vegetarian and taking in up to 180grams of protein a day at the moment so do feel free to add me and take a look…

i am a picky vegetarian and LOVE the promax diet or the promax high protein shakes....i actually look forward to having them...so much so that i am having up to 155g protein a day at the minute!! ;)

i gain anywhere up to 4lbs when i get my period so i avoid weighing in around that time i really wouldn't let 1lb get you down as if it is weight gain due to your period it should drop off again in a few days xx

yeh it was chest and back.....thankyou so much for your replies!! i was dead scared i'd 'taken it easy' and wasn't working hard enough to not be feeling it much after i had a hell of a time with the 'dive bombers' and kept falling flat on my face! lol

i LOVE snack a jacks...prawn cocktail or barbecue are my faves! butterkist light popcorn is good, only 130cals...but quite high in sugar hartley's sugar free jelly...8cals activia snackpots, the lowest cal one is 86 and highest cal is only about 99cals i have added you but unfortunately im not the healthiest eater!

i exercise alone purely because i don't any way to get to the gym after the kids are in bed...it works for me purely because i'm determined to lose the weight....first time i dropped 50lbs i did it in the gym enviroment doing classes and workouts with others...that worked just as well for me as i LOVED it

i am on my second go of the shred...i got to the last few days of round 3 and had to give up as it was days before my wedding and things got hectic i love it as you only need free weights and enough room to do a full press up as it's mostly on the spot stuff...perfect for an evening 'second workout' when the kids are asleep
