i currently only do very basic weight training, 30day shred etc but am due to start p90x within a few weeks am not sure anything can really help with my boobs though, as i grew up chunky, dropped 50lbs, they looked flat and 'empty' then, gained it back with having 2children, lost it and now they're even 'emptier' than…

-
my weight went up 3lbs overnight...i did eat pizza and potato wedges(within calorie limits) so i assumed it was water retention....nearly a week later and it's still not dropped! sometimes our bodies are weird things!
-
i would NEVER suggest it! i have never taken it but my sister has done so and she would spend all morning running to the toilet after a night she didn't stick to it...it causes orange oily poo and if you 'fart' you risk leakage even if you have stuck to it
-
i have seen SO many posts about p90x...i'd never heard of it(am from the uk) before coming here and now i'm starting it in a few days!

i eat a 'treat' anytime i want to as long as it's within calorie goal....morning, after a workout, before bed...doesn't really matter :)
-
i have found that if i workout during TOM then i don't gain an ounce, but if i don't workout then i will gain up to 4lbs...and i NEVER over eat, even during that time so i do think it is true
-

-
i'm 5'6 and my goal weight is 126...i've hit that weight before and looked fab...i tend to average out at 130 when i focus on toning more than cardio but it's ALL muscle and i miss being that small!

definitely grill them until they're nicely brown...stab them with a fork first to make sure they cook all the way through.
-
it's a fab starting point as it had adaptations for those new to exercise/with limitations. i bought this a couple months back and loved it xx
-
before i had kids i used to spend 4hours a day training, while eating plenty, and it never did me a bit of harm...totally healthy, and i looked the best i ever have...i just wish i had enough time to do it now!
-
i weigh myself daily as i use it to keep me on track...if i've lost i know i've done something right, so keep doing that, but if i gain then i know i've done something wrong and take a look at the day before to see what i did differently etc it always keeps me motivated too...if i lose then i'm excited and wanna keep it…

people will be quite mixed on this...some say cut out the bad stuff altogether...but i have an occassional couple of pieces of pizza, or a choccy treat...just make sure you stick to your calorie amount that you're alloted and you should still be fine you need to eat the calorie amount that mfp sets you..or if it's quite a…

silly as it is, can you get your little ones involved??? when my niece was little she'd do sit ups, jumping jacks, jogging on the spot etc with me...or when doing press ups she'd lay across my back to 'help' me lol probably a silly idea but it'll help you get a bit of cardio in, and will help the kids burn off some…

i have it all of the time....i will eat a 170(ish)calorie breakfast and then worry all day about not having enough calories for dinner in the evening, so i refuse to eat for the rest of the day and end up having to either eat loads in the evening or go under calories yet i do the same the next day, and the next....yet when…
-
i generally do...i've found that although (way tmi) i bleed a bit heavier and longer, i have way less pain than if i don't exercise...and my weight doesn't fluctuate
-
at age 19-21 i went through the weight loss with diet and exercise, in total i lost 52lb...but my skin was as tight and toned as if i'd never had any extra weight...yet this time round(am 26now) i'm down 39lb and it's nowhere near as toned so it really depends...with alot of water and toning it's possible to minimise the…

i eat/snack up until bedtime most nights and i'm down 39lbs so it doesn't seem to have any adverse effects for me! i think alot of people avoid eating late because they're more likely to overeat
