Thanks Everyone! it's taken so long already i'm dreading how long it will take to get the next 12lbs off!
-
the jeans were a big size 14 that i wore after having lil dude when i was too fat for my pre-babies ones
-
well done reaching your goal!!! i agree, you did look so good before...but tbh you've hit a size that i would give anything to be, so may i ask what you've done(calorie intake, exercise, eating cals back or not etc) to get to your current size?? Thanks x

i totally feel for you! i have some days when i burn over 2500cals and there is no way i can healthily eat them back...even on days that i end up eating all day long i rarely eat more than 2500cals
-
for me personally, i allow for that and generally have a high calorie deficit to allow for BMR etc
-
i leave mine on until my hr drops below 100,
-
yes, i am around my pre-preg weight...maybe 2lbs over(i had 2kids within a year of each other) and i feel nowhere near as slim or toned as i was before having them...i really don't think my body will be the same ever again
-
just under a small bale of hay...doesn't seem much when put like that! lol
-
i generally eat the same meals constantly and it's never been a problem for me when dropping the weight i can, and generally do, eat the same meal for weeks running before getting bored
-
yep this happens to me...i make sure to exercise during this time...if i don't exercise i find i bloat and gain about 4-5lbs...if i exercise then i don't see a gain at all...weird! btw dawnw30...i can't agree more...that slogan really must have been thought up by an idiotic man!
-
i'm 5'6 and my goal weight is 126...BUT i've been thinking of revising it and making it 119...although after seeing how good you look at 5'6 and 106lbs i'm tempted to aim for that!
-
i'm in Leeds, originally from Medway, Kent though!
-
it's not harder...you still do all the same stuff as someone with a higher weight, but it does take alot longer! i dropped 48lbs so far...the first 40 came off within 9months...the last 8 has so far taken over 3months! :(
-
i wish. the battery compartment is absolutely jammed shut, we've used the usual ways of trying to open it and the plastic has just worn down and broke...so thankful for warranties!
-
just this morning i stopped my workout cos i needed to pee, walked into the changing rooms and an older lady is in just knickers(panties) bent over at the waist, boobage dangling everywhere...i tried to look away but it's a mirrored changing room!
-
i think men notice it, they just don't really know how to say it. my brother won't mention my weight loss, but if it gets brought up he's like 'i noticed, there's nothing left of you!'
-
i wouldn't log shopping or housework.....some days i'll go to a shopping centre with the intention of spending hours walking around etc, but not a quick trip and trying on one or two outfits
-
i don't think i've ever sent anyone a friend request...i just wait for people to send me them!! tbh i like getting friend requests...maybe i'm weird! lol
-
mine is the same...today it's almost falling off...tomorrow it'll prob be tight....the lower my sodium is the looser it seems! lol
-
i've given up nearly all of my 'quorn' foods(im a veggie) as they are packed full of sodium...i just eat meat free hotdogs...they are 200mg for 2, compared to the 200mg each with the quorn ones i have swapped white rice and pasta for whole wheat...same with bread i never eat whole eggs, i always stick to egg whites.
-
i'm 4lbs away from goal weight...and i fluctuate by 2lbs...it drives me nuts i'm not happy with my body still so considering taking my goal weight down by another 7lbs and seeing if that helps
-
i wouldn't say you physically get prettier, but you have so much more self confidence that you're more likely to put more effort into looking pretty and feminine for example...when i'm heavier i live in baggy hoodies and jeans...never wear make up and just shove my hair in a ponytail...but when i drop the weight i wear…
-
normally i feel like a let down if i don't hit 1000cals a day...BUT it's not healthy to maintain because i can't eat nearly enough back, so i'm trying to relax about my amounts and just do what i have time to do
-
i was slim before at 9st...but gained over 50lbs by having 2kids within a year of each other...but i've never been naturally skinny, i was a chubby kid that did the whole diet/exercise thing at 19 to get down to that 9st
-
sounds like water weight...i gained 9lbs in the same time frame a while back track your sodium, keep it as low as you can healthily do, drink lots and keep up with the healthy eating and exercise....i dropped the 9lbs over about 3-4days so by friday is do-able
-
i was never an 'over eater' i'd walk at least 4miles a day...but when pg and then after having the kids i was always eating super buttery toast...i'd eat about 6slices a day just coated in butter...and snacky little cakes that i didn't think were more than 100odd cals....i haven't touched buttery toast in SO long! :(

1. How much did you lose? 2LBS 2. Where u under your net WEEKLY calorie allowance? oh yes...big time under 3. Did u exercise? yes...alot! 4. Did u eat your exercise calories? about 200 of a 1200deficit! i want to add that i know i'm doing it unhealthily...it's not an intentional under-eat...i just can't get that many cals…

my husband used to buy flowers now and then, which was sweet but tbh although i loved the gesture i never really noticed them after the initial 'awwwww' moment! the best thing my husband does for me...he takes the kids so i can get workouts done..means more to me that he supports my goals, than a bunch of flowers that just…
