I never liked the treadmill, but in recent weeks I have learnedly to love it... when I started back (reluctantly) on the treadmill, my incline was 6 with a speed of 3.5. Now I can do 15 minutes of an.incline of 15 and a speed of 4.1. I can also run at 6.5 for two or three minutes. Working.on building that up. Way back.in…

I usually do cardio first for 10 minutes, then go into weight training. Between sets I jump rope or do jumping jacks. Then after strength its back to cardio for 30-40 minutes.

Im doing it by choice, even though I know it could kill me. I got out of a bad marriage almost a year ago and Im also making some other changes in my life. This dream has been ongoing for years now though. Your reasonings do make sense.

Im working on slimming mine down too. I have toned up everywhere else but my thighs remain stubborn. I do plenty of walking and stationary lunges and squats at the gym. I carry the majority of my weight in my hips and thighs. I do see them changing though albeit slowly.

Im officially a size 4-6 and I weigh 140 lbs. When I started MFP I was nearly 170 and a size 12-14. My goal is to lose 10 more lbs. I very well could end up a size 2, even though Im comfortable in my size 4s.
