Icook dinner or breakfast a couple times a week, and usually I will do dishes because my wife says I am anal. She is so lucky, haha.

On Jan 1st I weighed 253lbs, joined mpf on 12 Jan 12. Since then I lost 31 lbs and went from 42 to just under a 38 waist. Feel great, eating healthy and hitting gym 5 days a week. Good luck and remember we are all different when it comes to losing weight. Don't be discouraged if you feel you are not getting similar results.

I agree with freezerburn. I have run a few and they do get better.Don't let this intimidate you, do some stretching and definitely eat. you will be fine in a couple of days.

I ran 4 marathons without the music. I trained with it. For me personally, I enjoy the high of the enviroment when running and taking in the sites. HI, I would suggest you definitely eat more proteins and veggies, but Eat More..If you are working out and not eating back some of those calories, you won't be able to sustain a good routine for long. initially, just get moving and over time your wind and strength will increase. Try doing a 30 second brisk walk then slow down for a minute and repeat for as long as you can.
