It is important to stay active. I lost 45lb in 5 months by logging all my food and exercise. I allowed myself to tapper off and then quit all together. I decide to get back on today when I weighed myself and have gained back almost 15lb. I might have stuck with it the first time if I had had someone to be accountable to.
