Congrats on the binge free days. I wish your now pic was bigger but I can tell that your arms are more defined and your profile pic is pretty! You should be proud of yourself .

Yes, I would go get that checked out. If the doc says your finds it's not thyroid or androgen-related, then go with biotin shampoo or supplements (shin-min and Country life have hair skin nail formulas that are good). I hope all works out for you!

A good therapist and "The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook" You can get it on Amazon. good luck. [/quote] ^^Yes, this book is really good for helping you work through the emotions and thoughts that contribute to anxiety attacks, and some CBT.

1.) Polar Ft7 2.) Stability control running shoes- a must for these knees! I don't run but I walk a lot in the city and of course work out! 3.) Workout videos- Collagevideo.com is awesomeness (I hate people seeing me sweat because I am fountain of fury.)

Why is it that women are the only ones who sit around and discuss other women's bodies in such negative ways? A person's opinion about your body is all about attraction which is simply a gauge of whether they would **** you or not. I could care less as long as when I look in the mirror I want to **** myself.

Whoa that is awesome and the costs of surgery is phenomenal. I would hope one day insurance would pay for this type of procedure, since it is a problem when people lose a large amount of weight. I hope she is able to raise money and get some of the things done.

I too want boob shrinkage!

Awesome! Keep up the good work!

Good job! These thighs have never seen a size ten but they will soon.

My injury is a little less serious but I just finished physical therapy for my knee. I was hit by a car in 8th grade and never had any physical therapy for the knee I landed on when I slid off the car. My knee would lock up and slow down my ability to walk and turn into a limp, which isn't good being a pedestrian in…

Wow! You should be so proud. Your middle is definitely whittled. Keep it up the good work!

Awesome. Good luck in your upcoming race and thank you for the inspiration!

Digital food scale all the way! I also think it has improved my ability to actually eyeball portions when I can't measure. I love using it for measuring condiments i.e. salad dressing, nut butters, cream cheese. Tablespoons are evil little devices.

I don't think it matters. However, sumo wrestlers work out the entire day on empty stomach then eat large meals, and go to sleep to gain weight. I would say if you are not piling it on late at night it shouldn't be an issue. However, I would stick with protein. I personally don't make this a habit as my digestion and…

I don't like the new program compared with the previous version of WW. I like MFP because I can read food labels and don't need WW to make up points for me. Also, the free part is the most awesome part. I was doing WW strictly online so maybe if I had done meetings I would feel differently.

Congrats! Now don't let your weight loss drive you into clothing debt!

If you need something to bring you slowly into high intensity aerobics, Leslie Sansone 4 fast mile or 5 fat burning miles will build your endurance. I also think these are her best DVD's for weight loss results. I burn between 500-800 calories with a Polar F7 HRM, so I pretty sure it is on the money. I bought Turbo Jam…

 They don't have a happy crying face but this really touched me. Being heavier, people often underestimate our abilities to achieve things. I think this story illustrates that in reality we all underestimate ourselves and look to others to inspire us, and size is far from one the prerequisites for achieving goals. I…

Well, I want to get to 150 first. The lowest weight as an adult I have ever hit was 168 and I was pretty active then walking a lot and working as a produce clerk at Wild Oats (lots o manual labor). Currently, I want my boobs and belly to shrink. The smallest pant size I ever hit was a 12 and that was short lived, but…

Late to the thread but I log them as brisk to very brisk walking. I am 206 5'5 and I tend to burn 500-600 calories but this is only for the 4 fast miles and the 5 mile DVD. I do do the boosts portions as well.

Awesome. Your midsection really shrank! Did you take measurements?

BUMP! Thanks for sharing. Couldn't bump the original as the thread is locked

Or use a straw. Water bottles with a straw help me kill water really fast. Also, have you tried different waters- this could pricey. I have a brita filter and prefer filtered over straight tap. Also, I love Fiji, Smartwater, and Pellgrino (carbonated) but this could help you ease into the process of drinking water when you…

I lost 7 lbs in the first month, but only 2 the first two weeks of March. However, I have had a few slip ups :-P.
