I have been eating 15% cut for 7 weeks and lost cm's but not weight ... so I have seen some progress. Yeah I was wondering if for now I could just stuff myself with good foods. Take it as a lesson learned and start again tomorrow as normal as tomorrow is a new day. Remember to be consistent with the number that you hit as this is make all the difference.

I hear ya! It is like a horrible obsession but remember you can get back in control and get someone to put somewhere or take to a friends house for a while ... out of site out of mind??? Maybe? ... I now have swapped my obsession with the tape measure and not sure about still having an obssession is the right thing or not…
