I used the fat2fitradio to work out bmr and fat percentage etc. which formula do i use the Harris-Benedict Formula ot the Katch-McArdle Forumla... they are 400 cals difference?

Help with my protein macros please
If i am to set my crabs 40%, protein 30% fats 30% then that puts me in as needing to eat 164g of protein. Why do we get told that we should be having 0.75 x lean body fat .... for me this only comes to 66g. Which one do i go for?

Which way did you up your calories-fast or slow?
What do you reckon will happen by upping my calories over 4 weeks to get to my goal calories opposed to just jumping straight in one hit??? I am one of these people who get so discouraged by a gain (again with the mentality side of it going with it) that would rather go with the way that will be less painful for me Thanks
