I don't have a HRM ... what website do you reccomnd?

If i don't have HRM does anyone reccomend a website that they find is very accurate for exercise calories to use? Thanks

just learn how to check your own heart rate, just hold your fingers over your radial artery for 10 seconds and count how many beats, then just times that by 6 and theres your heart rate.0

How does that give me my exercise calories for different workouts?????0

those calories are highly overestimated anyway, there are far too many variables that arnt taken into account like how athletic you already are, body composition, workout intensity, just because me and someone else lift the same amount of weight for the same reps doesnt mean we both had to work as hard, diet comes in to play as to what kind of energy your body is going to be using be that fat for fuel, ATP-CP, muscle glycogen. so honestly I wouldnt worry so much about it0
