@Deedsie The mud run i did was the 'tough guy tough gal challenge' here in New Zealand ... was so much fun but a tad cold here in middle of winter. hehehe Good stuff on the progress pics too .. you look great ... well done!

Congrats everybody ... you all did a great job ... I am so surprised that I didn't gain as was my birthday and so was over indulging for a couple of days ... although I did do a 6km mud run so that probably helped make up for it ... back into the hard slog this week though. i would say stay with your normal exercise routine or else your TDEE would be calculated wrong as this has your exercise cals in it. It is just meant to be a break were you can refuel and have a mini break from eating a little less :flowerforyou:

Hi ya folks ... I'm pretty happy to report that lose approx 1.5-2.5 cm a week Lost 1.9kg (4.3 pounds) in the last 2 months That is 10.5cm (4.1 inches) so far in last 2 months yay!!!!!!!!!!!

hi ya ... i am the same and love doing HIIT and tabata ... i love bodyrock.tv and i work it in as vigorous effort calisthenics (push ups/ jumping jacks etc). As it is vigorous ... but this also comes to the same amount of calories burned as what circuit training says and so either will be fine i am sure. In saying that MFP…

i was on moderate but didn't make hours over 3 hours. I only do approx 2 hours a week so was really light instead but i do do intense workouts. You get your own number depending on how much you weight, age, height and activity level ... so yours will be different ... individualised to meet your needs. You may eat more or less than this

Someone always seems to see you when you have a lollipop in your mouth (as in eating sugar all the time!) and they see how you just keep getting smaller anyway.
