    25% lost goal - 30lbs down - Progress update

    Hey Guys,

    Just doing my monthly update. I am down 30lbs in I think ~3 months (may 3 1/2). I had a rough patch for a week or two (of binging a bit) but I got back on it, and now moving down again.

    Here is me at 310:

      You really need to get this out on the open forum's.

      Provide any background to previous attempts and results, and how you were honest with your activity level and realistic deficit.

      Because 10 lbs/month, 2.5 lbs/week, is no where near the "snail's pace loss" many claim the EM2WL method would cause.
