You can so this ... i haven't jumped on for weeks and i have 2 weeks to go till i do ... once it has been put out of site i actually felt better. i still measure and seeing results there but the scale is just a stupid number anyways. You got this!!!!!!! :flowerforyou:

I am not sure if you do a ticker like MFP but if you did ... it would be good to have option of inches lost instead. not specific from where but total ... i personally would love to see that instead. great job

people don't know how much you weight and so the number is irrelevent to them i guess. they do see inches going down though as that reflects the outward fat loss. Well done and your getting results but just not on the scale which we all watch mistakenly. We're all guilty of it i reckon :flowerforyou:

Just remember that if you are having to eat back cals to get over your BMR then you will prob need to go up an activity level as not eating enough ... but previous poster is right ... it can be a bit of trial and error of tweaking as you find what works for your body. :flowerforyou:

I have recently found bodyrocktv. There are guys and girls and they are cut! They do videos on website, and you tube. Lisa-Marie (one of the girls) is also on facebook and posts a new workout everyday. they are only about 3-5 mins and you do them 2-3 times if you can. Great interval training and buggered afterwards

I measure most of those too ... i do mine weekly but other do fortnightly or monthly.. Just up to you. MFP recommend 2-4 weeks.

Thats about right but i would say that if you are consistently under your BMR and eating back calories then you will prob be on wrong activity level and need to go up to next one.

Yeah i know ... sometimes i wonder about my numbers but i have asked and people seem to think they are right ... but we are all individual and the numbers are just a rough estimate. Anyway great stuff on your success!!! :flowerforyou:
