I'm 5ft1.5, 147 pound female with 23% body fat. Would you consider 600 cal burn an hour 3 days a week moderate or light?? No one else I know track their cals as OCD as I do to ask.

Hi ya ... i reckon if you pick light and then take away your exercise cals from that number and it goes below your bmr then go to moderate ... you don't want to keep being under your bmr so that is prob a good way of telling if that activity level is not right.
They say if you are consistenly under your bmr then you may need to go up a level. Also moderate is 3-5hours so you prob fit in there?
Hope that helps
