What should me weekly workout plan look like?

Any guru's out there that can reccommend what i should do as a weekly plan.
I use a elliptical trainer (with intervals of fast and brisk), 30 DS and starting C25k.
I am aware that some people say you can over train and yet i don't want to do too little.
I have 50 odd lbs to lose.
I was thinking 30DS 3 times a week, elliptical (with intervals in fast and brisk) or running x2 a week.
Does that sounds about right???
All ideas welcome ...
