Help with my protein macros please

If i am to set my crabs 40%, protein 30% fats 30% then that puts me in as needing to eat 164g of protein.
Why do we get told that we should be having 0.75 x lean body fat .... for me this only comes to 66g.
Which one do i go for?

Today I sat down with a trainer at my gym who said she'd look at my journal and see if she could help me pinpoint trouble spots. She said it should be 1g protein per KG of body wt (rather than per LB)... which for me is only about 65ish g (about 15% in macro settings). Trainer says extra protein is not metabolized and therefore "wasted" and give you "really expensive pee"...
So...I don't know the answer to your question lol.

I too am curious as to if it should really be set to 30%. I'm having a very hard time getting all that protein in my diet, especially double hard since I don't eat meat.0

I've seen a few sites saying
Inactive woman .8g per kg weight
Active woman 1.3g per kg weight
Extremely active woman 1.8g per kg weight
Also some say .8 g per lb weight
1.8 per kg (.8 per lb) seem to be ok for me at around 120g a day
