I'm going to the circus with family, but at 6pm I'll be leaving them to go to work. UGHH!

LOL! @ your ticker photo :laugh: ;

Curious to know, from what country are you?

Oooh, another one! You're close to my twin, age 35 SW 187 CW 182.6 GW 155 (maybe 140-150 but well see)

Hi, I'm kind of close to being your MFP twin except I'm a little taller. height 5-8.5 SW 187 CW 182.6 GOAL 155

I'm not feeling the greek yogurt either. I just tried the blueberry Yoplait kind this morning and didn't like it. I've also tried Chobani blueberry and strawberry and was grossed by those as well. A coworker told me the mango and pineapple are pretty good though. I also heard mixing the plain with some sugar free…

I agree with logging in everyday and recording everything you eat. Find people who have lost weight and check out what they're doing, look at their food and exercise diaries to get an idea of what types of things you could do to get you started or to add something different to your routine. Once you see yourself making…

I totally understand! I've been on here a while and as you can see I've only managed to lose 1 stinking pound. The most has been 6 but I gained it back eating too much takeout and sweets. I wish I had some advice for you but I haven't figured it out for myself yet. We'll get it together one day, I hope. :D

WOW! Awesome work.

I know exactly what you mean- WW, atkins, south beach, b12. None of them last. You can add me, I'm sending a request.

I work night shift on the weekends and still stay up late during the week even when I'm not working (it's 4:30am now and I'm wide awake). I have a problem with eating at night as well. One thing I try to do is treat my night hours as if its the day and day as night. So, if you sleep during the day, whatever time you wake…

This happens to me too. I google this topic and found something called excercise urticaria, itching/hives induced by physical stimulation. I also found this post somewhere else which kind of makes more sense to me because I itch where I have alot of fat- thighs, love handles. This is not my statement but something I found…

You've done really well in such a short amount of time, I'm sending a request.

If I'm at the gym and don't want alot of bulk, I'll remove the car key from the ring and carry it only in the little key pocket or take off my house key if I'm going around the neighborhood.

LOL! That's too funny. I just started a low carb diet by choice. Counting calories hasn't worked for me either. I always feel hungry and not so much now that I eat more protein. I haven't noticed any breath issues but I just started Sat so we'll see. Besides, there's always sugar free gum and Altoids.

Wow, your results make me want to give the Shred another try. I didn't think about doing it the way you did, 15 days on each level, that's a good idea.

If your name wasn't attached to your posting, I would have sworn that I wrote it because that has been my story since I joined in Aug. It's easier said than done, but try to reward yourself in other ways or just have one small "bad" thing instead of so much. I'm still trying to practice this myself. I feel your frustration…

The salads at McDonald's are OK, if you get grilled chicken. I like the southwest salad w/ southwest dressing.

My hair was natural for 31/2 years until I relaxed it about 2 months ago. It didn't completely straighten so I have to flat iron or press it to get it straight. I posted a few days ago that I didn't exercise last week because I didn't want to sweat my hair out but this week its back to puffy hair. I pretty much just keep…

I don't use it all the time but it does give an excellent calorie burn. I usually get 10cal/min. You may get bored with it though if that's the only thing you're going to do and it could end up being an expensive clothes rack. .

Try starting with something simple, like going for a walk, even if it's for only 10 or 15 minutes. Initially, it may be hard to find time but you just have to make yourself do it. If you look around the website and see different people's before and afters, it may help motivate you, it works for me.

@ gatedialer- You can try logging it as circuit training.

Ok, so, I totally fell off the wagon. I'm back at square 1 so I'm starting the shred over. Its good to see a few people I started with are still pushing on and losing weight. Hopefully I don't let myself get distracted again.

I haven't shredded in about a week. I picked up today where I left off L1D6 and it was ok. My legs still burn when doing the punches but I getting better at the other moves. Check back in 2morrow.

Hi, everyone! Just wanted to say something quickly. I started out watching Anita, but the couple of days I"ve been trying to keep up with Natalie. All this time I've been pushing myself to be like her and now I notice that she cheats on one of the exercises! Level 1- lunge w/ bicep curl! Did any of you notice this? As soon…

Just did D5L1. I skipped a day again yesterday but I'm back today. I'd like to get a heart rate monitor to get a better account of calories burned during my workouts, something inexpensive. Any good suggestions, ladies? Thanks.
