I drink my coffee black. I used to add cream and sugar, and sometimes a bit of Saint Brendan's or Kahlua, but switched to black for diet reasons a few years ago. Now I love it black! I guess it's true what they say....:laugh:

I just add Stevia and cinnamon. Sometimes raisins. I have it often (2 or 3 times a week) but STILL have a hard time choking it down. I think its the texture that's throwing me off. My wife likes it better than oatmeal.

I have found that a lot of meal bars have soy as their main ingredient, and I don't eat soy. So I've discovered "KIND PLUS Food Bars. They are fantastic! I love em', and they fill me up when I have them with a full glass of water. All natural, gluten free and lots of fiber.

I had a health instructor in college that taught us this: Once you add ANYTHING to water, it stops being water. Count only H20 as water. Coffee and tea (which I love and drink a lot of) should not be included in your water intake goals. At least that's my belief....:smile:

As far as I understand, as long as your going to the restroom enough, you can't drink too much water.

Lately, all I drink is water, hot green tea and black coffee. I have no trouble finishing any of those! I don't know when I last had any liquid calories, though....

Fat 2 Fit Radio recommends eating way over your recommended calories for a few days. They say you'll probably gain a pound or two, but it will kick-start your metabolism and break through the plateau! And its fun!

LOL! :laugh: I am kinda one of those purists. I had a health teacher in college that said "Whenever you add anything to water (coffee, tea, powders, etc...) it stops being water!" For some reason, that has stuck with me since the 80's. And, unfortunately, so has "Safety Dance" by Men without Hats....
