  • they have cartons of egg whites. they are found right next to the regular eggs and they are pretty good in price. make sure you get the 100% egg whites, and not egg beaters. egg eaters have so many crap chemicals that your body doesn't need.

  • tacos can be made with pretty much anything including meat and/or veggies. I made stir frys alot with veggies but you can put whatever meat you like or even tofu. I also make quesadillas that aren't that high in calories with low carb tortillas, mashed beans, some 2% cheese, and even shredded chicken when I ate meat.
