You can take your "bad" recipes and replace them with the healthy options of things to make it a "better for you" recipe. I don't not eat because it's not good for me so I don't have much to help you with. I just eat everything in moderation...

That is awesome!! I tried on 10's the other day and they were "slightly" big on me. I could easily get away with wearing them, but decided not to buy them to just have to turn around and get a smaller size. I'll stick with the 12's until I can fit in a 9 :) Keep up the good work!!

I used them before. Took them for a week and didn't do anything different at all and lost 5 pounds. I'd probably use them again (I have a big bottle here) but I suck at remembering to take them! LOL.

I have been wanting to work out in the morning and then the early evening but just haven't gotten off my butt to do it. What would you reward yourself with? I have a hard time figuring out what to use as a reward.

I would just follow the calories that MFP has set for you. Eat healthy foods, don't lay there and snack on cookies and chips and you should be fine. They set it up so you lose your weight by eating right, not by your exercise calories.
