Ground turkey??
So I got a pound of ground turkey. It was only $1.75 a pound and figured I'd try it...what do I do with it? LOL Never ate it before, I'm assuming that I can use it just like I do ground beef...but what are some good ways to use it? Thanks :)

So I'm over on my calorie burn goal for the week already. My goal is 890 calories burnt...I'm at 893. Hopefully I will have a big weight loss this week. Tracking Exercise
So, I have set my goal to burn is 890 calories and do 150 minutes a week of exercise. The last two weeks I have never done 150 minutes. This week was 100, last week was 101.
