I went to the gym a few times and didn't know what to do. That's why I stick with the at home things. LOVE Beachbody's products. Currently working on Insanity and love it! :)

I haven't consulted a Dr...I had an appointment in August, my BP is normal I don't have any medical problems. I don't have anything that hurts (other than muscles after doing Insanity). I always feel weird about going to a Dr about starting a workout program if I'm otherwise healthy. Just me though.

If you feel hungry try drinking water before grabbing something to eat. Most times that's all you need to do and your "hungry feeling" will go away.

I would not change it if it were me. That way you will still be actually thinking about your choices. I would still workout, and use those calories you burn. Just a thought.

Cardio to get rid of the fat. You will eventually lose it there, but your body will decide when and all that good stuff. Work on your core muscles. That's about all you can do.
