Well, over the easter break, I'll be doing alot of eating out in restaurants etc (not fast food!) and my calories are going to be way over my current 1,300 calories, I was just wondering is it a good or bad Idea to switch my goal to 'maintain" rather than '1.5lbs loss per week'

Thanks!

It's a personal choice. Obviously you'll not be losing weight during this time. If you did some exercise you could enjoy a few more calories per day and not sidetrack your weight loss goals. Think about it.

I wouldn't. Just log your food as normal. You may be surprised to find you lose weight eating more calories - just because it'll confuse your body. I wouldn't adjust anything - just log as normal. When I had my cheat day, I logged as normal just to see how bad I really was.. lol.

I would not change it if it were me. That way you will still be actually thinking about your choices. I would still workout, and use those calories you burn. Just a thought.
