Maintain or continue to lose???

Well, over the easter break, I'll be doing alot of eating out in restaurants etc (not fast food!) and my calories are going to be way over my current 1,300 calories, I was just wondering is it a good or bad Idea to switch my goal to 'maintain" rather than '1.5lbs loss per week'
Thanks!
Thanks!

It's a personal choice. Obviously you'll not be losing weight during this time. If you did some exercise you could enjoy a few more calories per day and not sidetrack your weight loss goals. Think about it.0

I wouldn't. Just log your food as normal. You may be surprised to find you lose weight eating more calories - just because it'll confuse your body. I wouldn't adjust anything - just log as normal. When I had my cheat day, I logged as normal just to see how bad I really was.. lol.0

I would not change it if it were me. That way you will still be actually thinking about your choices. I would still workout, and use those calories you burn. Just a thought.0
