Tracking Exercise

So, I have set my goal to burn is 890 calories and do 150 minutes a week of exercise.

The last two weeks I have never done 150 minutes. This week was 100, last week was 101. My calories have been 300-400 more than my goal. Should I start striving to do the 150 minutes now and not care if I go over my calorie burn goal (which really I don't care :) ) OR should I up the goal for my calories burnt?

I haven't been working out the 5 days like I want to. This weeks was only 4 days. I'm thinking maybe set up a reward for working out 5 days a week for like 2 weeks to get me back on track with my work out schedual? Then worry about increasing my actual calorie burn goal??

I think I just answered my question myself LOL. Helps to type things out.
(feel free to add me to see what I've been doing so you could help me out a bit here)
