So I'm over on my calorie burn goal for the week already. My goal is 890 calories burnt...I'm at 893. Hopefully I will have a big weight loss this week.

I have not been doing as many minutes as what my goal is. I'm 75 minutes away from meeting that goal. Hopefully tomorrow I am up to doing my 40 minute workout again. I took it easy today and just did a walk at home dvd, I kicked my *kitten* yesterday and pushed through it and burnt 600 calories...decided an "easy" day was in order.

So here is the question. Once I start doing my 150 minutes on a regular basis should I increase my calorie bunt goal?

Right now my main goal is doing all 150 minutes of cardio during the week for like 2 weeks in a row (not sure what my reward will be...)

So, what are your oppinions? This is the first time I have had this big of a result trying to lose weight...I just want to get the most out of it as I can.

  • I haven't tried increasing what my burn goal is, I actually don't even pay attention to it. I know I go over it cause when I started i worked out 2-3 days a week, now I'm at 5 days.
