  • I know that feeling. When it happens sometimes it makes you want to just quit. What I do to overcome that feeling is look at pics of myself at my largest and compare them to my current self. Take a look at how far you've come rather than lookingat how far you still have to go.
  • WW does not take calories into consideration at all when calculating points. So depending on what you are eating, some days MFP will allow you to eat more than WW and vice versa.   • I ordered a pair of leather pants in January. I was devastated that they didn't fit...not even close! Like, they wouldn't even come up over my hips. For some reason I kept them anyway. Tried them on today and they fit! Too bad it's too May and leather pants are no longer in season...
  • I'm wondering this as well. I usually don't but I do at times use them as a cushion if I get hungry or even if I just feel like having a snack.
