Non scale victory...1 year later
Last year on my birthday I received a pandora bracelet. I had to stop wearing it around the holidays because it had gotten too big and was falling off. I got a new one for my birthday yesterday and it's 2 sizes smaller. My feet have actually shrunk half a size as well! Post your non scale victories!

Can you keep a secret?
So, I went to Chipotle for lunch today and the bowl they gave me was of epic proportions....but I'm still going to track it like I normally do as 525 calories, even tho I know it is at least 700 today :D I will do an extra 20 minutes of cardio to make up for their awesome mistake!

Weekend weight gain...
This weekend I gained 2.6lbs!!! I had a birthday party on Saturday and yesterday I just had no self control. I'm okay with it. This actually happens almost every weekend and still by the end of the next week I almost always have a loss. How much weight did you gain (or lose) this weekend?

Taking a break from the scale?
Has anyone done this? I feel it may be necessary for me to maintain my sanity. I recently started strength training and in the past week have seen a 4lb increase. I know it's probably water, but it's seriously making me crazy. My only concern is that I will get off track if I am not weighing myself regularly and I still…

My clothes don't fit....
So, since losing 34lbs my clothes no longer fit, everything that I own is too big. I know that's not a bad problem to have but it's very frustrating. The obvious solution is to buy new clothes, but I have at least 30-40 lbs left to lose so I feel that is a waste. When did you buy new clothes? Did you wait until you lost…

Unhealthy start, can I recover?
So, I started seriously tracking back in March and was set up at 1200 calories. I ate all of my caories each day, however never ate back my exercise calories. I faired well and lost about 30lbs. I still have 40-50lbs to go, however I've realized that I cannot live forever on 1200 calories. So I've raised my calorie goal to…

Vacation woes...
So, I took a 4 day vacation last week and went to the beach with my family. Most of the people there hadn't seen me in a while and were complimenting me on how much weight I had lost. Somehow they convinced me to let loose and not track while on vacation. At forest, I decided even if I wasn't going to track I'd still stay…

Work out injuries...
So, I'm still pretty new to working out but over the past 3 months I've been managing to hit the gym 5-6 times a week. I usually walk or do the elliptical for an hour but on Friday I felt adventurous and decided to run instead of walk. I followed up by running on both Saturday and Sunday as well. On Monday I felt a little…

Time frame goals
So, I have my first mini goal set to be reached by July 9. I am about 5lbs away and I'm afraid that I don't have enough time to reach my goal. Do you think that it's a good idea to set time frames by which to reach your goals, or should I just set goals and let them happen? I'm concerned that if I don't reach my goal in…

Eating back your work out calories
So, when I did weight watcher, they had "activity points" that you earn when you workout. The points were there for you to use at any time during the course of the week. If I earned 10 activity points on monday and stayed within my daily food points all week, on friday I could go 10 points over, even without working out.…
