Vacation woes...

So, I took a 4 day vacation last week and went to the beach with my family. Most of the people there hadn't seen me in a while and were complimenting me on how much weight I had lost. Somehow they convinced me to let loose and not track while on vacation. At forest, I decided even if I wasn't going to track I'd still stay very conscious of what I was going to be doing/eating. So the first day I woke up early to go to the gym. It turned out the hotels gym was actual an "exercise room" and had only 3 machines all of which were about as old as me, and none of which actually worked. So I walked the entire length of the board walk instead. But that was the only day that I did any real physical working out.

As far as eating was concerned, I did okay. I tried to stay conscious of my portions and make good decisions when I could. When we went to the boardwalk for snacks, I opted for chocolate covered strawberries instead of fried oreos like I really wanted! But I did indulge in cheese fries twice and my liquor consumption was really out of hand.

I'm home now and according to the scale, I've gained 4lbs. The worst part is that I had just reached my first goal the weekend before I left and was feeling so good about myself. Now I feel awful. I'm hoping that those albs is mostly water and that the scale will go back down in a few days.

I know that I need to get back on track NOW but this morning I am having craving for things that I haven't eaten in months! I'm not really sure what to do or how to get back on track...Any advice and support would be greatly appreciated.
