So you agree she was wrong to do it? The newspaper it was published in is part of the reason it got the reaction it did, it was published to get a reaction and thus sell newspapers, no doubt she got herself a nice bonus for doing it.

It's not just women who get hated for being good looking, it happens to men too, see this article from a respectable news paper http://www.guardian.co.uk/lifeandstyle/2012/apr/04/samantha-brick-hated-good-looks?CMP=twt_gu

It's not her looks that are the issue behind this saga more the way she thinks. Confidence is great and can make a real difference, but spouting nosense doesn't go dow as well.

I haven't got any friends on here yet, you can be my first. Anyone else feel free to add me. Any motivation is a good thing.

You create a deficit by cutting back and watching what you eat if you then add exercise on top of that the deficit becomes too big and your body fears it's losing too many calories, so it holds onto what it can.

I'm glad this has been said, I dropped my cal intake a lot and was already working out so I could eat more as it makes perfect sense. It's all about numbers

Go jogging, it's hard to eat when you jog, i tried it and got mustard on my top. The bonus is after the jog you've used up some cals so you can then have a treat. I treated myself by licking the mustard off my top. :)

Don'y be scared to eat more, specially as you meant so little at the moment. Just try different things, foods are only really bad if you over do them, like only ate rabbit, that would be very bad. If I was trying to put weight on and I was an active person i'm carbo load with potatos and pasta.
