i have decided to start eating more..

but what else should I be eating and with what meal? This has always confused me. I am supposed to be eating 1300 calories says MFP and I usually eat 900-1200 (over a few times). I think I need to eat more but I'm so stuck and overwhelmed by trying to stay healthy I'm scared to eat more.

Don'y be scared to eat more, specially as you meant so little at the moment. Just try different things, foods are only really bad if you over do them, like only ate rabbit, that would be very bad. If I was trying to put weight on and I was an active person i'm carbo load with potatos and pasta.0

- Try eating a slightly heavier breakfast and lunch. Trying to do it at the end of the day can seem like too much pressure.
- Try eating just a little more (4 oz of meat, not just 3)
- Add a mid-afternoon snack: a handful of almonds or some greek yogurt
- Throw some sunflower seeds or a few slices of avocado on your salad
- Take it slowly... add some calories every few days and get used to it.
- Think of hitting your 1300 goal exactly to be sort of a game (not 100 more or 100 less... but plus or minus 5)

it is so very scary to even think about "eating more"...i know...i've been there - two weeks ago! it is working though - i read other people say "oh, the weight is falling off" and "i can't believe how easy it is" etc etc etc....it took me a couple of months to figure it out and i'm so glad i did! the weight is't "falling off" but i am fi-n-a-lly losing some!
eat some whole wheat bread w/peanut butter
almonds - just one serving is enough for me!
the single serve packs of greek yogurt - the caramel - oh my!
avocado as someone suggested
a whole boiled egg - not just the white, a couple eggs a week is not bad for you
just remember, slow and steady will get it done!
