I only take vitiamin b-12 because I am a vegetarian and I am vitiamin b-12 deficiant. I eat alot of fruits and veggies so i don't worry about the other vitiamins as much.

I really like the mgd 64 beer or there is also bud 55. Either are good if you are looking for beer. Also instead of rum and coke use diet coke.

Try to find something you enjoy. I love walking with friends b/c we chat and I forget that I am excersing. The times flys by. Also start small and increase as you go. For example walk a mile the first day and then go 5 more step the next day and so on and so on.:smile:

Have you ever tried spegetti squash. You cut the squash in half and bake until pretty tender. Then scrap squash out it will look like spegetti. Then just eat it with marina sauce and parm cheese. Its really good and alot less carbs and calories.
