I have a FT 40 and love it. On the setting you have to put your weight, height, date of birth, gender, activity level and VO2max (you do the VO2max test with the FT 40, it explain how). Beautiful day today! I had a workout with my trainer today in more than one appointment for orthotics. So goodbye knee problem!

Today was a good day. I ate well and drank lots of water, more than usual. I made a small workout, because the karate class yesterday reminded me that some part of my body has unusual muscle. The week began well!!
