  • thanks, iv adjusted my calorie goal to a litle under my bmr, prob wont eat my exercise calories, hate doing that lol. I always think you might as well not do the exercise and not eat the extra lol (for weight loss purposes, and by no means am i right but this is my thinking, doesnt help for fitness tho)
